I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience at ISPA. My primary research interest is addiction, particularly the behavioral and neurobiological processes that underlie addictive behaviors. My Master’s thesis, titled “Impact of Prefrontal tDCS on the Motivational Regulation of Alcohol-Related Cues and Alternative Rewards and Its Effect on Alcohol Consumption Reduction,” investigates whether a 20-minute PFC-targeted tDCS intervention, administered over five consecutive days, can influence reward regulation and contribute to reducing alcohol consumption.
